How should I store my Trinidad coffees?
We go to great lengths to ensure that your coffee order is as fresh as possible. Here are a few tips for maximizing freshness after you receive your coffees:
- Store unopened bags in a cool, dark location like a pantry, cabinet, or drawer.
- Do not put your coffee in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Once opened, reseal the bag using the zip closure or tin-tie. If possible, place opened bags into an airtight container.

What is the best method for brewing Trinidad coffee at home?
As long as you follow proper procedures, you can brew amazing coffee at home in a variety of ways.
Among our favorite methods are the Kalita, Hario, AeroPress and French Press techniques.
What does “HACCP-Certified” mean?
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and is a globally-recognized food safety system that uses risk analysis to guide operating procedures. Being HACCP-certified means that we’ve performed a thorough analysis of our entire operations, established carefully thought-out procedures to promote food safety, and maintain strict operating standards throughout all our production activities.
